This may be a long review, and I'm sure it will mostly fall on deaf ears, but here goes.
The staff in this store has always been great, Brenda, Kevin, and the newer guy Dunkin are knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. They're a 5 star team and I've enjoyed working with them.
The company now is zero stars, maybe even negative. Nothing is in stock, some products are backordered months out, where I used to be able to come in on any day of the week and source material that was readily available. 100% matching transitions in stock? Dream on, wait 2-4 weeks for a T-Mold in some cases. I used to get amazing pricing as a contractor, and now it's this weird tier program where I have to complete $50,000 in orders to get even half the benefits I used to. We used to be able to work better deals on bigger jobs, now the team has no ability to work that.
Yellow and black might be back, but I don't think I will be. I don't know what the root cause is for these problems are, and I can't be the only contractor in the area with the gripe. At the end of the day I can only hope for the team at the Norfolk store that their new management can turn around and course correct before it's too late. You need stuff in stock, a faster program, and a better deal system for professional or repeat customers. Do better, or you'll be seeing more and more people LLess.
